Easy to coordinate with other furnishings and various styles thanks to its timeless design with a light and airy look.

The side and middle panels have cut-outs for a skirting board.

The shelves are a bit shallower than the side and middle panels to allow for cable management at the back.

Wow...the worst thing I ever purchased from IkeaPhilipp1) WARNING: this bookshelf MUST be anchored to the wall. It will not stand on its own. If you plan on putting heavy books on it, it MUST be anchored to a stud. This automatically limits its location. 2) ikea needs to add english instructions to the guide, as this modular install is basically a random picture game and you have to flip around between guides. If i knew this, i wouldnt even pay $20 for this1
Stylish and customizable for our playroomAmandaI love this new IKEA line. It’s customizable, affordable, and looks great. The design has a very Scandi feel, which fits perfectly with my decor and works so well in my kids' playroom. I’ve been looking for something like this for a while, and I’m really glad it’s both stylish and budget-friendly. The installation is a little different. It looks like a bookshelf, but it doesn’t install like one. You need to secure the main piece to the wall first, similar to how a closet system works, and then add the shelves and cabinets afterward. There are a lot of screws, and it definitely helps to have another person hold the long piece while you get it mounted. Still, it wasn’t too difficult overall. The quality is surprisingly nice for particle board. The finish has a clean, modern white oak look that feels much more premium than I expected.5

My idea with LÅDMAKARE was to create storage that allows for personal expression by displaying your favorite items, while offering closed storage for things you’d rather keep out of sight. It has a simple, clean look and generous dimensions, making it possible to build a solution for an entire wall. For me, it’s not just about the furniture itself but about showcasing the user’s personal stories and experiences. Just like a beautiful frame around a beloved painting.
