Stainless steel cookware handles high heat well and retains it for a long time. IKEA 365+ cookware features a thick base of aluminum between two layers of stainless steel, helping food heat evenly and efficiently.

Oven safe

Sear meat on the stove and finish it in the oven. All IKEA 365+ pots and pans are oven safe - just be sure to watch for hot handles!

Stackable design

Cut down on kitchen cabinet clutter. IKEA 365+ cookware is easily stackable thanks to the smart design of the handles.

Non-toxic

All IKEA 365+ pots and pans are non-toxic, so you can cook with peace of mind. Stainless steel cookware is a non-reactive material that won’t leach into your food.

How to prevent food from sticking to stainless steel pans

Most stainless steel cookware doesn’t have a non-stick coating, but a little prep can go a long way toward preventing a mess:

  • Always preheat your stainless steel pan before adding oil. You’ll know it’s ready when drops of water bead up rather than evaporating or sizzling.
  • Let food release on its own – fish and meat might stick at first, but they’ll release once seared.
  • Deglaze with a splash of broth or wine to help lift stuck-on bits.
