When sauteing, you fry food quickly at high heat with a minimum of fat. Ideal for diced meats and early vegatables. Lower the temperature and put the lid on so the hot moisture braises the food to perfection.

Great sautéed panStephenSo far so good, I did a sauce with vegetables, and braised some beef. It held up well and wasn’t too hard to clean.5
Glad I found itJeromeI'm trying an induction cooktop for the first time. I needed some new pots/pans to get started. While in IKEA recently I found this sauté pan. I've used it a few times and am happy to report it's perfect! Great for cooking and great for clean up. Great size. Recommend it.5
Good size pan and light weightJannettit is lighter than other brand of 3 or 5 clad stainless steel pans, and the best thing is it is 9” not 10”. It does not take up much stove space when cooking. I t heats up pretty fast as well. Great for cooking one pot pasta. It is also very easy to clean.5
Great purchaseCindyLove all 365 items. Very durable. Ive had the pots for 15 plus years still in great shape. I heard about the flecks in non still so I decided to buy the pans too. Great decision 5

Good steel pan for daily use. It’s quite light in weight and thick enough that food doesn’t stick

    Review: 5 out of 5 stars.5
Cheap and works great on our induction. The other stainless steel pan that is thicker is not as flat as this pan, so on an induction this pan is a bit more stable
