Bad Material - Crack in TopMichaelaThis was very easy to put together. No problems with assembly. HOWEVER after I put in the final screws to connect the top, and stood the cabinet upright, I saw a giant 5" crack along the depth of the top board. Right in the middle. The rest of the cabinet looks great, but the top is ruined. I live 3 hours from the closest IKEA so returning is not an easy or cost effective option.
Finally got around to this!! PreciousI’ve got shoes for days and wanted a better organizer for my grab & go shoes at my front door and bought this. It look me around 2 1/2 hours to assemble it myself and it came out great and fit all my shoes I want to keep at the front door. I will say idk if this would be good for heels (I have many of those) but for flats and sneakers ; it’ll be great and fit a lot !! It looks so fresh, sleek, and practical; I can see myself keeping this for many years .

IKEA does it againMeganI love this piece. I’ve been wanting it for a while but wanted to wait for the price to drop a bit. I’m glad I waited and finally ordered it because it is such a beautiful space saving piece for my foyer! I wish I had more wall space so I could have bought 2.
Just badKatarinaI looked very nice but there were so many issues with it. Putting it together took forever because they can’t be bothered to simply mark the parts so that you can match them with what’s on the instructions. I had a couple screws missing including the one holding the knob to one of the drawers. So I had to improvise with some that I had in my house to not have to go through the trouble of ordering them. The wood cracked in a couple spots where I was putting the screws in even though I did it by hand. The last straw was that it has to be screwed into the wall to stand but they don’t include the screws to do that. I ordered this item online and can’t go to the store to return it. For Ikea to pick it up is $49 so now I am stuck with it.
Works as ExpectedJasmineThis product is great, the assembly—not so much. After over an hour of frustration, I referred to Youtube. Once I had the video going, it was very easy to put together. I love the product and it has been fulfilling the needs of my home. If you are interested, I do recommend this product; however, you may need an additional resource in order to properly assemble the cabinet.
Delaminating JustinQuality is ok. Front piece of shelf is already delaminating from the wood.
Perfect low profile shoe rackCynthiaThis thing is sturdy and a great value. We have 4 people in our home and instead of shoes all over the front entry, this is a great find! We have a narrow hall and it works perfectly. We use for outside shoes and inside crocs. We switch when we enter the home. I love this thing. We put it up on the studs and it’s pretty sturdy. Perfect! Plus, we have space on top 8” for wallets or items you need to remember when you leave the house.

Lasted about a yearRebeccaWe put this in our entryway for toddler shoes and holding sunscreen and sunglasses. It started bubbling at the base and in the trim. So disappointed but we’ll let our kids destroy it before replacing. Bought Aug 2022, installed it November 2022 and it’s no longer pretty January 2024. For the price, not worth it.
Great cabinetWilliIT'S thin enough for my hallway and looks great. No problem assembling it. Just make sure you are using the boards in the right place! I don't like that I have to put a wall mount (get anchors for a sturdy placement),but they did this so that it is flush with the wall and go over the baseboard if you have baseboards. Measure baseboards before you buy. Overall looks great. The price could be lower, its not real wood, particle board. I would definitely recommend and they are paintable too. I get lots of compliments. I am buying a second one. WHats another two holes on my wall? Good luck.
Great cabinet, damaged in box, great customer service EmilyLove this shoe cabinet for its size and functionality. Needed something for a small entry area and his works great. I would say the only down side is that the top piece was broken in half when we opened the box. Customer service was amazing and sent us a new top without any questions. The replacement was also chipped but we were able to repair so it wouldn’t be seen. Good cabinet, just remember it is not expensive materials so it may not be a great piece for high traffic.
Beautiful, but pricey and difficult assemblyLorianneI bought two sets on sale to combine together. They look great and I love the narrow profile. However, I did think it was expensive for what is and I did get a couple blisters on my hand from my screwdriver on this project. The screws were very difficult to screw into the denser wooden legs. I even stripped a few screws during the process of getting the screws into the legs flush. Luckily, Ikea provides spare parts at no cost online/in-store and I was able to pick up extra screws from customer service.
Impossible to AssembleJessicaI have put tons of ikea furniture together in my lifetime. My entire first apartment was ikea furniture that I self assembled and I’m telling you that this is impossible. I don’t know how others have been able to put this together. The screws do not fit in the holes, I even resorted to using pliers to force them and they do not budge. I will be retuning this half assembled because I can’t get the screws I managed to get in out now. Buyer beware! If I could give negative stars I would! I am so upset by this!

What is particleboard?
Particleboard is made from recycled wood and sawmill leftovers – so wood pieces with the wrong shade, woodchips and sawdust become a resource instead of possibly being discarded. We use boards for things like bookcases, bed frames, sofas and kitchen frames. To protect from wear and moisture, we apply varnish, veneer or foil that adds to the furniture's look.
