Office File CabinetDawnI love this cabinet. I had my office files in 3 separate file cabinets and combined all my files into this. My space looks so much cleaner. Because it locks, I can keep my purse and any other personal items inside also! I was surprised at how sturdy this is also. Highly recommend!!5
Great sized cabinetIanI purchased this cabinet to use in my office for storage of supplies and paperwork.
The color, availability and pricing online and in store was erratic. Floor model advertised one pricing for a sale model and color only to get bait switched at the purchase point that it wasn't available and went discontinued but they wouldn't sell the floor model being the color I wanted.
Assembly was a pain, instructions weren't fully clear on crucial steps so I had to back trace myself a time or two to correct what I did. It is absolutely a 2 person assembly otherwise you'll likely ruin some pieces due to the weight and installation using dowels and turn lock screws.
Quality of the unit is good not great. Some of the pieces used like the backing felt cheap. Some other parts like the rolling track system felt more premium. So a bit of a mixed bag. It's likely not as secure as a locking cabinet system as I was originally thinking.
I'd likely buy again for the look and space but get on sale.4
Good buy at $399HepiThis is a good buy and well engineered piece of furniture. My only problem with it is the 'white' they used makes it look like a bathroom cabinet. Another shade of white, a light sugar white, or a gray white with a bit more of a lacquer finish would've made it a lot nicer. 5

Exactly what I was looking for to hide clutter and organize the office. It is used daily, and shows little wear. the lock is also handy. I will likely buy this product again.5
Update - doors clip when openingJavierThanks to IKEAs great return/exchange policy, I was able to get this returned and exchanged (after 5 months) to resolve a door clipping issue. A bit of a hassle to disassemble and transport this to the local store, but I did it and made it back and assembled already. Great piece, not sure why I suddenly had a door clipping issue but its resolved.
This is a great piece of furniture if you work from home and don't want your toddlers getting into your office supplies!5
Doors clip each other when sliding open!JavierWhen i first assembled this a few months ago, everything came together smoothly. But now when I slide the doors open, the metal track piece on the bottom of one door clips the other door, it's like its slightly out of alignment and I cant figure out how to align it again. I took the doors back off an inspected everything, then reassembled them per instructions. Every time I open it now there a BANG of metal scraping on the bottom corner of the door. Not happy for this price!1
