Poor qualityAdamThe fabric ripped after less than a year of normal use by my wife and me, and IKEA would not honor the apparent 10 year warranty on this item. Too expensive for something that is only useful for a few months!
Best Laundry Basket!ChristianI used to have this basic fabric basket (no handles, no wheels, nothing) and since i live in an apartment, i had to shove it one of those metal shopping carts. NOT ANYMORE! I love that there is a separator, makes it so much easier to sort everything out! And the fact that it’s on wheels makes it all the easier to push/pull around. Plus it’s narrow enough that i can slide it in tighter spaces than the big basket and cart. I hated that thing, but i LOVE this! It’s definitely worth it if you’re even considering. Most other laundry hampers are either too expensive or too bulky, this is a perfect medium. You probably could just buy two and have even more space and you could separate your linens from your clothes and make life easier at half the cost of one hamper these days

Very Stylish - Make sure you have it the right way upMirandaI read the other posters review about making sure not to put the wrong stoppers on the wrong holes, made a mental note of it, and somehow still did it wrong and had to sweat to get them back out. Quadruple check you have the right stoppers in.
Other than that, I love it. It looks really good, hides the laundry inside, and having two compartments is really handy.

Does intended purpose but room for improvementLauraI really like this laundry sorter. I find the metal frame very sturdy and secure. It also has a top that will cover the laundry bin (it is part of the canvas portion and folds over the top)- it offers privacy and makes the bin look more neat. I haven’t had issues with weight, so I haven’t seen the bottom drag or prevent the unit from moving smoothly. I avoid putting damp or wet items in the canvas, so I can’t attest to anything related to that. The wheels are very useful: I don’t have to carry bins, sacks or armfuls of laundry. I wheel the entire unit to the laundry room and start transferring laundry into the washer. I bought two so I would have more sorting capabilities- I feel only have 2 sections is a bit insufficient if you’re really into sorting your clothes. Another issue with the product is the plastic caster wheels. It really should be metal combo so it is hefty enough to withstand extended use and improve the quality of the product. It was also very quick to set up.
