Very nice TV standDavidI had to write a review to correct the negative reviewers that didn't know how to adjust the doors.
The doors are fully adjustable. It doesn't matter that they don't align perfectly when they are first installed. All you have to do is adjust the hinges, which are 3-way adjustable. Once adjusted properly the doors align absolutely perfectly with each other.
Besides that, it's overall easy to put together and the black high gloss finish is beautiful. It's exactly what I was looking for and I'm overall very happy with it.5
OMG - The Worst QualityMarcosI bought two Besta cabinets to replace two older IKEA cabinets and I am appalled at the quality of new pieces. Cheap plastic parts and hollow top and bottom parts. The older ones are much higher quality. I put one new cabinet together and it was so wobbly I thought that maybe I didn't put it together properly. I paid a Task Rabbit specialist to put the second one together and he did a great job-but even he couldn't keep it from wobbling. The doors are already coming out of alignment because they are too heavy to be attached to the hollow, flimsy unit. I never write reviews, but I had to this time. You can find higher quality at a dollar store. Don't waste your money!! 1
Won’t stay straight ClaudiaTerrible quality. Drove one hour to ikea, built it asa we got home and it was very wobbly. So the doors don’t look good. Called ikea and their answer is look for a video online on how to fix it. Basically they know there’s a problem with the product but instead of fixing it, the client has to spend more money with brackets, etc to try to fix it. We did and it is still not straight, very wobbly. Going back to get my money 1
Do not buy JasonAssembly not too bad but the doors do not sit level across from each other. The holes are all off. I had to re drill new holes so it can ba aligned correctly. It literally looked like a 5 year old put the doors on the first time with how uneven not level they were but that’s the hole alignment you are given. Don’t waste your money.
Not worth the time to take it apart and drive a hour round trip to return it. 2
Clean Design, Extremely Poor Manufacturing Quality TimI love what this media console could be, with its clean lines — especially in white oak. I really dislike what actually came out of the box though.
Quality control is all over the place. Of the three doors, two had bowed edges which makes little sense as it’s not a true wood product. Regardless, this meant they would never sit in a truly horizontal plane.
And then, of the six soft close cabinet hinges (12 separate pieces), not a single one was manufactured to the same specifications, resulting in each hinge having a different range and depth of motion at its three adjustable points. I discovered this after spending approximately 9 hours trying to make all three doors line up in a straight plane and at the same distance out from the cabinet on each corner. I eventually took them all down and measured their movements and ability to articulate and none were the same. This basically means nothing will never actually line up…ever!
Not worth a 90 minute drive to return. Sold on fb.

Trust me this is a terrible product. Anonymous reviewerI love ikea but this is the worst thing ever. The cabinet doors do not sit straight with their “pre guided holes” so you’re left with a wonky looking shelf. Another issue is the hinges have a 60% chance of coming with two different hinges instead of being the same type of hinge. Again I love ikea but this is a terrible product. 1
Nice TV Stand/BenchGeorgeI've owned this for two years. It wasn't too difficult to put together, however I did not try to hang this on the wall. I am glad I didn't after reading it does not align with the studs! I think it looks nice on the ground. The middle door drooped about a centimeter, so it's not flush with the other two doors, but doesn't inhibit how it opens and shuts. 4
DO NOT BUY IT!!!NadineI deeply regret buying this piece of furniture. The measurements are not accurate if you want to mount it on the wall! My boyfriend spent almost 8 hours trying to solve this issue because the studs in the wall were not aligned with the points where the wood behind the drywall was located. I had to go to Home Depot to buy additional supplies to secure it properly since the furniture was too heavy to mount directly onto the drywall. It was very exhausting and frustrating. I HATED it.1
