The fabric blocks out all light and glare on TV/screens. It gives complete privacy as shapes or light cannot be perceived from outside and the transition between day/night cannot be distinguished

Perfect for people who are sensitive to light during sleep, anytime of the day.

The fabric in recycled polyester is easy-care and retains its colors ‒ wash after wash.

The heading tape has the same color as the curtain so it looks neat from the back as well.

Curtains with heading tape allow you to hang the curtain directly on the curtain rod using the rod pocket or tabs. You can also hinge the curtain onto a track rail using gliders and hooks.

You can cut this curtain to the length you want. There’s no need to hem or sew - the laminated fabric does not shred.

The 98 in length is ideal if you want to hang the curtain above the window for a casual look.

The laminated fabric blocks out all light. Ensure the curtain covers the entire window and when possible, choose wall fittings with a short (2⅜ in) arm to prevent light from coming in through gaps.

23 gliders and hooks are usually recommended for each curtain with a width of 82⅝. You can increase or decrease the number depending on whether you want narrower or fuller folds in the pleats.

Do not buy!VI was so disappointed with these curtains. They feel and look very cheap! They’re extremely thin and at the back, the material is like the black garbage bags plus I think it’s stiff. Block light hard to washMinaSo all the things blackout curtains at ikea are total light blockers, but they attract sun with the black lining and in the winter offer zero insulation. I have them as an extra layer over regular curtains with an extra rod. They are a nightmare to wash. They aren’t porous so simultaneously don’t take on water all over as well as holding water at the end so that when you pull them out of the machine, they pour water everywhere. There is just something so very unusable in this design. I guess we need to buy the more expensive blackout curtains! But don’t forget they are 100% light blocking. 3
