MUST be ironedMichelleI was willing to live with some wrinkles but these napkins absolutely must be ironed. They come out of the wash in little balls that you can't even smooth out. I wish I could post a photo.1
Can not WashLynnSame as comments below, took tags off to wash, came out looking worse than my rags, these are now rags. Do not buy, do not recommend. 1
Poor Quality & Poor Customer ServiceRachelThese napkins shed and shred in the wash and come out completely crumpled and wrinkled from the dryer. I removed the tags from them in order to wash before using them. After seeing how poorly they washed and dried, I tried to return them as I don't want to be trimming shredded fabric and ironing them to make usable! My return was declined because I removed the tags, which was frustrating. 1
Lovely cloth napkins!TerriI was delighted to find these at my last visit to IKEA. They match a set of placemats I had been given last year perfectly!! I was looking for more of the navy cloth ones, but didn’t see any but very happy to find these! 5

Terrible ProductAutumnI suppose I should have read care instructions prior to purchasing but I didn’t. Had I done so I would have not purchased. Washed the napkins before using and was unable to ever use them. They were ruined. I would never purchase a cloth napkin that I couldn’t throw in the wash. I had to throw them away. 1
Look Luxurious KrisThese napkins give the table a luxurious feel!5
Did not wash well and rough to the touch.CynthiaReally not a quality IKEA product. Very disappointed with item after washing. Too many tags to remove, and then the remnants of the tags remained in the hem of the napkin. Pretty to look at, but not serviceable.1
Brunch napkinsDanielI call them brunch napkins because they are on the small side. The edges are unfinished, giving the look of fringes. Casual everyday napkins. Also good for kids because of their size.4
these are trashAndreaThese wad up into tight little balls in the wash and wind up so wrinkly that they can't be folded neatly. I do not have time to iron napkins. Waste of money.1
Wadded into ball in dryerLynneThese napkins wadded into a ball in the dryer. I figured I would have to iron them , but I didn’t expect them to scrunch up into a tight ball. Maybe they will get better over time…1
Does not wash wellStacyThese are not for everyday use because they require ironing after washing.1
like the color.ChrisOnly problem is that after washing turns into bundle of wrinkles. Very inconvenient to have to wash again and hang dry.3
Looking good but not practicalYiThese napkins looked rustic and cool initially, but not so much after they came out the washer and dryer. The fringes on the sides became really messy and took forever to get them into a neat state. What annoys me the most is the tag on each of the napkin. It was sewn into the edge of the napkin so there’s no way to remove the tag without ripping the seam. When the seams are ripped, the threads of the fabric started to peeling off, and then the whole thing looks more like a wrinkled rug than a nice napkin. Very disappointing.2
Love it!SandraPractical, budget friendly! Highly recommend!5
Don't buy theseShawnThese are the worst cloth napkin I have ever encountered. They are like sandpaper even after several washings with fabric softener (which I don't like using) and they are a wrinkled mess when they come out of the dryer. I don't want napkins I have to iron every time I wash them.1
