I lost my receipt, is there a way to locate a copy?
Purchase history can be found in your IKEA Family account.
If an IKEA Family card was used during checkout at the store, you can find your transactions by logging into your IKEA Family account. If this isn't an option, please contact us at 1-888-888-4532 or by chat. We'll need the exact date of the purchase, the IKEA location where the purchase was made, the total purchase price and the last 4-digits of the card number used for payment. Invoices for online orders are in your IKEA account, or IKEA Family account.
