If I return a product, how is it refunded?
You'll be refunded to the original form of payment if the return is made with a receipt, or a refund card if you prefer.
Returns on custom-made worktops, food, products bought abroad, from the as-is department or a moderately used product will be refunded to a return card.
If your IKEA Family card/number was used at the time of purchase, you can find your purchase history by logging in to your IKEA Family profile. If you don't have the receipt, please contact us and we'll try to locate it.
