Can I make a return without a receipt?
Can't find your receipt? We may be able to help!
If you can't find your store receipt, we may be able to look up the transaction if the purchase was made by card or digital payment. If the receipt is found, you'll be refunded to the original form of payment (the card must be present). Receipt information can also be found on your IKEA Family account if your member number was used at the time of purchase.
To look up a receipt, we'll need: the store location, date of purchase, transaction amount, and the last 4 digits of the card used (this can be found with online banking).
