I lost a personal item (keys, wallet, card etc.) at the store; how can I retrieve it?
Generally, if a personal item is left behind in our store location, it can usually be recovered by an IKEA employee and logged in at the lost and found area. If your item has been found and logged in you can return to the store, and Customer Service will be more than happy to return your item to you.
We recommend returning to the store and speaking with an IKEA co-worker. You can also call us at 1-888-888-4532 within 24 hours of your visit so we can attempt to locate the item(s).
