I lost my receipt, is it possible to make a claim anyway?
Don't worry, if you have lost your receipt there are plenty of ways to find a proof of purchase!
Claims - Trusting and empowering customers and co-workers If you had your products delivered, you might have an order number or delivery slip which will verify your purchase.
If you used your IKEA Family membership for the purchase, you will be also be able to find your purchase history when you log in to your Family profile.
Not an IKEA Family member and haven't got an order number? We will always try to provide a solution. Look for the product label, often found on the back or bottom, before contacting us.
