For personal belongings, please type "talk to agent" and we'll connect you with a co-worker who can check the lost and found log at that location.
If an item was left behind at check out, it's typically logged and put back to stock when found. For the fastest resolution, we recommend visiting the store with your receipt to see if it was logged, and to retrieve it. If you're not able to return to the store, we can connect you to an agent who can verify this information and request a refund if the item was found.
