Can I change my order?
We know that plans can change, but once an order is completed, it enters our systems and cannot be altered.
To add or remove items, or change the delivery address, you must cancel the initial order and create a new one. Please note that the initially chosen slot and/or stock may no longer be available. To avoid any risks, cancel only after ensuring that the new order has everything you need and all the informations are correct.
You can cancel autonomously through your purchase history. The refund is automatic if you paid for your purchase with a single payment method. If you only want to change the date/time of your delivery, see how you can do it here.
