How can I contact IKEA?

We'll help you buy and resolve your issues quickly and easily, so you can concentrate on more important things like relaxing on your new sofa.

To contact IKEA and get support with your purchases, ask a question or Just tell us how your experience with us was, you can use multiple options.

If you need an immediate response, you can use Billie 🤖, the IKEA digital assistant. Just look for the yellow icon in the bottom right corner of the IKEA website.

 You can also choose to contact us by telephone by calling (+351) 21 989 99 45, available from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 9 pm, and on Sundays and holidays, from 9 am to 6 pm. We are currently unable to assist via e-mail.

You can also visit the Customer Service department at your nearest IKEA store (identified on the map with an A). Please note that direct calls to stores are however not possible.

Please note that IKEA is closed on specific days, such as 1 January, Easter and 25 December.
