How does Small Deliveries work?
To use this service, add smaller items to your cart, select the “Small delivery” option at checkout, and provide your delivery address along with any special instructions. You will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery dates, and tracking information will be available once your order has been processed. On the delivery day, check your order immediately after receiving it. If you notice any issues (such as missing or damaged items), please contact IKEA Customer Support.
If you do not see this option for your address, it is likely because the IKEA store serving your area does not have one or more of the items in stock, and therefore delivery is not possible.
b. Enter your delivery address and review the pricing based on weight and other details shown at checkout.
c. Complete your purchase and check the confirmation email, which includes estimated delivery dates subject to slight variations.
d. It is not possible to modify orders once they have been placed. Cancellations can only be made before the order is sent for dispatch.
a. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information by email along with a link to the DPD Track and Trace website. Use your order number and the link - or the online tool Track and manage your order - to follow your order’s status until it is handed over to DPD.
b. Your order may be split into several packages if necessary. If your purchase includes multiple orders, delivery may also occur at different times.
