Why should I choose Small Delivery?
Small Delivery is suitable for smaller orders such as home furnishings, textiles, photo frames, and other home furnishing accessories. This service is intended for customers who are comfortable with an estimated delivery window, rather than a scheduled day and time.
Service Cost: Small order deliveries have a low flat rate, for example from €4 if you are a member of the IKEA Family programme. The standard price is €6 for customers who are not members of the IKEA Family program.
Delivery times: Delivery dates are estimated and typically range between 3 and 7 business days after shipment. By selecting this option during checkout, you will be able to immediately see the estimated delivery date.
Restrictions on the size and type of items: This service is designed for small and light items with a maximum weight of 60 kg per order. Each package must comply with the limit of 3 meters, resulting from the sum of two times the height and twice the width.

Location/distance: Suitable for most residential addresses where there is a central warehouse from which your order can be shipped.
Tracking and Notifications: Your items are delivered directly to the address and can be tracked online via Track and manage your order while your order is being prepared to be shipped to you, and through the system DPD Track and trace when it's already on its way. You will receive notifications about the status of your order from preparation to delivery.
Customer Effort: Medium - Items are delivered directly to your home, with tracking available online. To complete the delivery, it is mandatory that someone is at the indicated address.
Use cases: Suitable if you are ordering small accessories up to larger items with a maximum weight of 60 kg, and if you are comfortable with an estimated delivery window rather than a scheduled day/time.
