Can I cancel an order or schedule a plan?

We know that plans can change. At IKEA, canceling your order is simple!

1. Eligibility for Cancellation:
  • It is possible to request the cancellation of an order or planning appointment.
2. Cancellation Methods:
2.1. Online Cancellation (Recommended as a self-service option):
  • Step 1: Go to the platform "Manage your order" on our website.
  • Step 2: Enter the requested data to track your order or appointment.
  • Step 3: Select the "Cancel Order" option.
  • Confirmation: If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation.
2.2. Assisted Cancellation (When online cancellation is not possible):
  • Situations: Automatic cancellation may not be possible in the following circumstances:
    • The order has already been prepared.
    • The order is already in the process of being shipped.
  • Action: In these cases, it is necessary to contact our customer service directly for assistance.
