I would like to change my delivery date. How can I do it?
We know that plans can change, so we're here to help.
If you need to change your delivery date, you can easily do so on this page using your order number and phone number or email address.
If you have trouble making the changes, please contact us. We can modify the delivery date or time slot up to 24 hours before the scheduled date at no additional cost. However, if the change requires storing the items for more than 72 hours, a fee of €14.00 will be charged for every 7 days of storage.
