How do I change the pick date/time of my Click & Collect order?

We know that plans can change. However, at the moment, it is not possible to change the date or time of collection of your Click & Collect order.

Good news: we keep your order for another 72 hours after the scheduled time, so you have a little more flexibility.

If you need a new date, simply cancel the current order and place a new one at the time you prefer.

If you don't pick up your order within 72 hours, we'll automatically refund you (for the items only). This process can take up to 14 working days to appear on your original payment method.
