Why does product availability change during checkout?
At IKEA, we want to ensure that every product you choose is actually available for you.
The way our systems work helps us avoid selling the same item twice.
📦Stock is updated in real time to avoid duplicate sales.
🛒 Availability can change quickly — someone else may be walking around the store with the same product in their trolley! As long as it hasn't been paid for, you can still order it online.
👀 Keep an eye on stock! If it's not available now, you can come back later and place your order online.
