How to shop in-store using Shop and Go in the IKEA app?

With the IKEA app, you can scan items as you shop and pay at a designated Shop and Go checkout. Follow the steps below to get started.

Save time while shopping

Scan items with your phone as you place them in your bag or trolley. When you're finished, go to a Shop and Go checkout and follow the instructions to complete your purchase and payment.

Getting started

  1. Download the IKEA app and sign in with your IKEA Family account.
  2. In your profile, select "IKEA Shop and Go" and choose the store you are visiting.
  3. Scan items as you add them to your trolley.
  4. When you have finished shopping, go to a designated Shop and Go checkout.
  5. At the checkout, scan the QR code displayed and follow the instructions to complete your payment.
Your receipt will be sent to your email address.
📦 If you have items to collect from the collection area, you will also receive a code to collect them.
