How do I create and share a favorites list?

Found something you like? Add it to your favorites by clicking on the heart icon next to the product. Sign in with your IKEA Family account so you can access them on different devices later.

With favorites, you can create as many lists as you want and rename them to your liking. Your shopping lists are private by default, but you can share them with your family and friends if you wish. You can also print out a shopping list with all the information you need to shop in the store.
 
Create a favorites List
  • Click on the Heart icon in the upper-right corner of the IKEA.pt and give your new list a name.
  • To ensure that it is available on multiple devices, log in to your IKEA Family account or become an IKEA Family member.
  • Once created, you can add products to your list by clicking on the heart icon on the desired product — they will be automatically added to your list.
  • Alternatively, you can click on the heart icon on a product and start creating the list from there. The icon can appear in different places depending on the page it is on.
  • If an item you want to buy is out of stock at the online checkout, you can click on the "Save for later", and it will be automatically saved to a list.
Share a list on the site
  1. Sign in to your IKEA Family account and click "Lists".
  2. Go to the list you want to share and click the three dots.
  3. A window will appear where you must click "Share".
  4. You can copy the link or share it via email.
Share a list in the IKEA app
  • In the IKEA Family app, make sure you're signed in.
  • Go to your member page and click "Saved lists" to select the list you want to share.
  • In the top right corner of the screen, you'll see a share icon where you can copy the link or share it with your phone's contacts.
After you share your list with family and friends, they will be able to see the items you have added.
Received a shared list?
You can view the products in the shared list and choose to buy them or save them to your own list for later. Buying or saving products to your list doesn't mark them as purchased or remove them from the list of the person who shared it with you.
Print a list
In a web browser, you can also print out a shopping list with all the information you need to shop in-store. This feature is easily accessible through the following steps:
  1. Sign in to your IKEA Family account.
  2. Navigate to the specific list that you want to print.
  3. Click on the printer icon in the upper-right corner of the list to print.
