How do I find the location of a product in the store?
IKEA is a large store and sometimes it can be difficult to find certain products.
To make your search easier, follow these simple steps:
- Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for the product you want to find in the store and click on the product;
- On the product page, on the right side under "How to get it", click on the store name (if the selected store is not the one you want, you can click on "Change store");
- On the right, a window will appear. Scroll down until you see "Where to Collect". Here, you will see the location of the product such as department and aisle. Some products may have to be ordered at a self-service kiosk or through the assistance of an IKEA co-worker ;
- Make sure you collect all the components of the product you are purchasing as they do not always come in a single box.
