Where can I find my IKEA Kreaiv scans and designs?

An email will be sent to notify you when the scan is ready to be designed. You can access the design on either mobile or web.

Mobile App
  1. Tap into the IKEA app
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. Navigate to Profile (person icon) found on the top left corner
  4. Select Settings
  5. Scroll down to select IKEA Kreativ
  6. Select Saved Rooms on the top left corner 
  7. Browse for your scanned room and tap to design
Web
  1. Visit IKEA.com
  2. Click Go shopping
  3. Click Designs & Planning on the top menu
  4. Click Design with the IKEA Kreativ app
  5. Browse for your scanned room under My scans & designs
  6. Tap to design
Looking for designs created with other IKEA planners?
IKEA offers a number of planners in addition to IKEA Kreativ. If you want to explore other planning tools to create spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms or customisable furniture, just go to "Inspiration" in the top menu of the IKEA website, and then select "Planners”. There you can discover all the available planners and find the most suitable one for your project.
