    We meet customers in our restaurants, cafes, bistros and Swedish food markets, helping them enjoy the flavors of Sweden in stores and at home. This enriches the shopping experience for customers.
  • Logistics
    We strive to increase efficiency in the overall flow of goods from suppliers to customers. Help you move goods in stores and distribution centers in an efficient and safe way.
  • Customer Relations
    We support checkout, exchange refund, shipping calculation, exchange refund, delivery, etc., and develop long-term relationships with customers to advance their shopping experience.
  • Communication & Interior Design
    We provide customers with a variety of inspirational ideas that can be used in real living spaces. We are responsible for displaying and conveying information in an easy-to-find manner for customers to find products they want to purchase.

  • Remote Resolution
    The Remote Resolution team provides our customers with the best solutions for a better home life. This provides remote customers with an exceptional shopping experience and maximizes customer satisfaction.
  • Experience Design
    The Experience Design team analyzes various factors that affect the customer and employee experience, and adopt, change, and implement new ones. It also enables a better employee work environment in a remote environment to improve the quality of the customer shopping experience.

    The Commercial team consists of Selling, Marketing, Home Furnishing & Retail Design, IKEA Food and Customer teams. It also drives sales across all touchpoints through pricing, services, events, and more.
  • Communication
    The Communication team contributes to establishing IKEA as a meaningful and trustworthy brand through active and strategic communication both internally and externally.
  • Customer Fulfillment (CFF)
    The Customer Fulfillment team plans and executes low-cost, high-quality logistics processes to create an optimized logistics network for our customers. With this, it focuses on providing a seamless shopping experience at every touchpoint for many people.
  • People & Culture
    The People & Culture team helps co-workers meet customers in the best possible way and create inspiring shopping experiences. It also develops the capacity of co-workers and supports the organization to reach IKEA's vision.
  • Finance
    The Finance team consists of the Business Risk & Compliance, Accounting & Reporting, Business Navigation, and Financial Controller & Tax teams. Through financial operations, risk management, etc., it helps co-workers make safe and efficient business decisions and helps co-workers achieve continuous performance and grow.
  • Market Expansion
    The Market Expansion team develops and executes IKEA's strategic business expansion plan. Based on insights into business needs, it expands access to IKEA in more countries and regions.
  • Real Estate
    With the knowledge and understanding of Ingka's real estate portfolio, the Real Estate team provides sustainable and innovative real estate solutions. It also maintains and manages Inca assets through real estate business.
  • Facility
    The Facility team optimises IKEA's safety, laws and regulations, and maintenance to sustainably support all aspects of facility management. 
  • Digital
    As a local business partner of the global Ingka Group's digital team, IKEA's digital products and platforms help meet the needs of customers and co-workers with superior quality, improving the overall shopping experience for IKEA.
