Granola bars with dates and cranberries
Ideal as a snack at home or on the go. A tip for an extra nice serving is to wrap them in paper with a string around each bar.
7 dl HJÄLTEROLL granola
10 pitted dates
3 tbsp cold-pressed coconut oil
0.5 dl dried cranberries
2 egg whites
Step by step:
1. Melt the coconut oil in a pot on the stove.
2. Mix 4 dl granola with the dates in a food processor. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, stir well.
3. Flatten out the mixture onto baking paper in an oven dish about 18x30 cm.
4. Let the cake stand for about 1 hour in the fridge before cutting it into pieces.
