The BEST part about this table is the footrest. I've yet to use it with the leaves but so far, this table is worth every penny.

This table and chair set is wonderful. I have now used this for daily family dinners and for all of my family holiday dinners. It looks as good as the day we assembled it, 5 months ago! It’s easy to extend and I always get compliments on it.
