Versatile steamerAnonymous reviewerI really like this steaming tray because the bottom extends/shrinks. I've been looking for a steamer that holds trays of different depths, and it's really hard to find. This tray has silicon bottom so you can make it shallow for dumplings or deeper when you want to steam something in a tray.4

What is stainless steel?
