    Pre-heat the flask with hot water or cool it with cold water to make sure the contents retain the desired temperature for longer. Do not close the lid while warming up or cooling the flask.

This is the perfect size for lunch and a compact thermos. I use it for food on some occasions as well as drinks, keeps both hot. Also use it for cold drinks in summer and works perfectly.

What is stainless steel?
