The mixer tap insert has hard, durable ceramic discs that can handle the high friction that occurs when you change the temperature of the water.

It was easy to install, I got it on sale and it’s a beautiful addition to our kitchen. Works well the instructions manual is clear. In particular I appreciate the thinner part of the tap can move so that is very practical.
