Great space saving feature when you need shelves and some working space. Years ago I had to DIY the same feature, but it’s so much easier now that IKEA has solved it for us

The Billy desk is absolutely perfect for the small room /tight space we needed a desk solution for. That you can pull it out or leave it slightly tucked away with still adequate desk space is a great idea. Works for us!!!
