How can I use a reward from IKEA Family?
You can use product and service rewards online, in-store, or when contacting us. Whereas food rewards are only applicable in-store in our restaurants and bistros.
You can use the product rewards to buy all IKEA products online, in-store, or when contacting us, according to the configured terms of use. Rewards are not applicable for buying a gift card.
Service rewards can also be applied to online and in-store purchases, but are only applicable to the services referred to in the reward details.
You can enjoy your food rewards while visiting us in-store, in the restaurant and bistro areas.
