Terms and conditions for special offer on delivery prices

  • The offer is applicable only on delivery service and only within the offer period.
  • Purchases made instore or online with delivery services are eligible for the campaign.
  • The service fees include all taxes.
  • All other terms and conditions of the IKEA delivery service remain the same.
  • The offer price is only available for outbound deliveries. For change of mind, the return price will be the regular price that is charged.
  • The delivery offer is strictly for private customers.
  • The delivery offer is not available for business customers.
  • For business orders, standard delivery prices will be charged. IKEA will make contact with the business customer to charge the remaining balance.
  • In case of any cancellation of the orders before the order is dispatched within the offer period, you will be eligible for a refund of the delivery charges paid.

  1. The terms & conditions defined in the Delivery Service Agreement shall in no way either willfully or unintentionally hinder, obstruct or curtail the statutory consumer rights as specified under the Indian Consumer Protection Act.
  2. In case if perceived to do so, IKEA assures that consumer rights shall prevail overriding any such terms & conditions. IKEA will not use your personal data for any marketing purposes other than for purposes directly relating to successful completion of the delivery.
  3. The terms and conditions set out are strictly for the Delivery Charges campaign on all goods purchased from IKEA India wherever delivery service is opted for by the customer.
  4. IKEA India reserves the right to amend these terms and any aspect of the delivery service, including but not limited to withdrawing the said campaign with or without prior intimation to the customers.
