IKEA gives you the option to choose the refund in Digital refund card or original mode of payment . Its faster, convenient and easy to use. You don’t have to fear of loosing refund card since its in your email.

You can also add the details to Google wallet or Apple wallet for easy use.

Your IKEA Refund card is emailed straight to your inbox. Refund cards can be redeemed both online and in-store. 

Share the refund card number and its PIN with any of our checkout co-workers instore for refund card redemption.

How do I get a Refund card?

Refund card will be issued in-store and online. If choose to opt for it.

How long is my Refund card valid for?

Refund cards are valid for a year from the date of issue.

How do I check the balance of my Refund card?

What is the amount that can be loaded on a Refund card?

The max limit is Rs. 1,00,000 per card

What are the different modes of payment I can use to get refund cards?

Cards (Credit & Debit Cards – VISA, MASTER, RuPay, Diners, AMEX) UPI, Bharat QR, NEFT, Cash

Can I exchange the refund card for cash?

Refund card cannot be exchanged for cash. You cannot get a refund for the amount loaded on refund cards. You can only use for purchase of new article.

Where can I use the refund card?

Customer can choose to use the refund online or Offline(instore)

What if I lost the physical card or Digital refund card is lost?

Please contact immediately with details of refund card or transaction detail where you had received the refund card. We shall block the card and if the balance exist in refund card we shall reissue the same. Please refer to T&C for more information.
