Can I combine two paid orders into one delivery?

We cannot combine multiple orders into a single delivery, but you can easily reschedule your delivery dates online to have them arrive on the same day.

If you have two or more orders on their way to you, regrettably, we can’t combine or merge the orders for you. However, you can reschedule them to arrive on the same date.
Need to reschedule? You can easily adjust your delivery dates online before these cutoffs:
  • For Parcel Deliveries (upto 20 kg): Amend your date before the order is 'Handed over'.
  • For Truck Deliveries (above 20 kg): Amend your date before the order is 'Out for delivery'.
To reschedule your orders, please choose a relevant option:
  • For registered IKEA family members, please click here (Log in to your IKEA Family profile, and manage your orders).
  • For non-IKEA family members, please click here (Track your order using order number, and email or phone number).
Please note you can only postpone the delivery date.
