What delivery options does IKEA offer?
IKEA offers Home Delivery, Parcel Delivery, and Click & Collect.
- Home Delivery: This option is ideal for both small and large orders which delivers your items either at door step or inside a room of your choice. You will be notified 30-60 minutes prior to your delivery being completed. 'Authority to Leave' can be selected for this service, in the instance where you are not at the property at the time of the delivery, the delivery driver will attempt to leave your order as long as there is a safe and secure location to do so.
- Parcel Delivery: Ideal for smaller orders like accessories or home decor where the total weight of the order does not exceed 20kgs. The delivery date provided is an estimate however in most scenarios the order will be delivered before the the delivery date stated on your order. Parcel orders are delivered to your selected delivery address with the option to add an 'Authority to Leave' as long as there is a safe and secure location to do so.
- Click & Collect/ Pick-up point : The Click & Collect or Pickup point service allows you to collect your order from our IKEA stores. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an SMS or email notification with instructions on how and where to collect your order. You will need to have Government ID proof and a copy of your proof of purchase ready to show the co-workers at the store. If you have arranged for someone else to collect the order on your behalf, they will need to bring the original order confirmation or tax invoice and Government ID. In the event where you are unable to collect your order, it will be held for 1 day from the collection date.
