What is Parcel and Truck delivery?
Orders up to 20 kg are delivered as parcels, while heavier items over 20 kg are delivered as truck!
All IKEA deliveries fall into two categories — Parcel Delivery or Truck Delivery, depending on the weight of your order.
- Parcel Delivery: If your order weighs 20 kg or less, it will be delivered as parcel delivery — for smaller items like home accessories and textiles.
- Truck Delivery: For orders over 20 kg, we’ll deliver your items as truck delivery — for larger furniture and bulkier products.
For larger orders, articles may arrive in multiple packages. Please check all articles carefully, to avoid article missing.
