Why is my order split into two different deliveries?
Our goal is to ensure the prompt delivery of your products. Nevertheless, variations in stock locations—some items being nearby store and others in from different store —may impact delivery shipments.
Your order may be split into one or two separate shipments due to current stock availability.
As soon as the item is restocked, we will process and create a new order for you.
In some cases, fulfillment may also be completed from other store locations to ensure faster delivery.
