I have lost my receipt, is it possible to make a claim anyway?

If you had your products delivered, you might have an order number or delivery slip which will verify your purchase.
If you identified as an IKEA Family member for the purchase, you will be also be able to find your purchase history when you log in to your Family profile.
Not an IKEA Family member and haven't got an order number? We will always try to provide a solution, please contact us. However, in case of unavailability of your purchase history in our system, we cannot accommodate your claim request.
