Can I return my product to any IKEA store?
If you have purchased from IKEA India online or in store, you can return your product at any IKEA store in India.
Product returns at store or online is made easy.
For Store Returns (Change of mind case):
- To make your returns easier, fill the Express Return Form before visiting your nearest IKEA store.
- Please dismantle the product and pack it as compactly as possible, if the product is in assembled condition.
- You can also simply visit the Exchanges and Returns counter with your product and proof of purchase.
- If you paid by card at the time of purchase, please bring the same card used for the transaction. However, refunds for all opened and assembled articles will be issued in the form of an IKEA Digital Refund Card (DRC).
For Online Returns (Change of mind case): Want an online return? We can arrange a pickup of your product from your location. Return pickup charges are applicable and are based on the weight of the product.
- Fill the Return Form
- Select 'Truck/Parcel Pickup' under 'How would you like to return the products?'.
- Please dismantle the product if it is assembled, to enable a smooth pickup.
Product issue, delivery damage, and damage during assembly by IKEA team: Please, raise a claim now. To get started, click on the relevant link: IKEA Family member and non-IKEA member. We will exchange or return your products.
Product damaged by customer: Oops! It happens to the best of us! If you’ve accidentally damaged your favorite IKEA article within 14 days of purchase, IKEA Family members can enjoy a one-time replacement benefit. Not yet an IKEA Family member? You can join now and continue to raise a claim!
