Can I return a product in store?
If you have purchased from IKEA India online or in store, you can return your product at any IKEA store in India.
Product returns at store is made easy. Pre-fill your return details online on IKEA express returns before visiting the store, allowing you to save time and skip the queue. Simply enter your receipt or order confirmation details and select the items you wish to return along with the reason. You will receive a barcode to scan in-store valid for 14 days.
Note - IKEA express returns service is limited upto 10 items.
You can also simply visit the Exchanges and Returns counter with your product and proof of purchase.
