Can I return my product to any IKEA store?
If you have purchased from IKEA India online or in store, you can return your product at any IKEA store in India.
- To make your returns easier, fill the Express Return Form before visiting your nearest IKEA store.
- Please dismantle the product and pack it as compactly as possible, if the product is in assembled condition.
- You can also simply visit the Exchanges and Returns counter with your product and proof of purchase.
- If you paid by card at the time of purchase, please bring the same card used for the transaction. However, refunds for all opened and assembled articles will be issued in the form of an IKEA Digital Refund Card (DRC).
- Fill the Return Form
- Select 'Truck/Parcel Pickup' under 'How would you like to return the products?'.
- Please dismantle the product if it is assembled, to enable a smooth pickup.
