I've left something behind in the store/lost something, how can I retrieve it?

If you lost or found an item during your store visit, please stop by the exchange & return counter near the billing area. We are here to assist you.

If you forgot an item, it may have been recorded on a sheet at the Returns Department in the store. If the item has been found, you can collect it by visiting the Returns Department.
If you can't make your way back to store right now or have left behind an item you had purchased, or any personal belongings at store, please reach out to us. We are happy to assist you!
