I've left something behind in the store/lost something, how can I retrieve it?
If you lost or found an item during your store visit, please stop by the exchange & return counter near the billing area and one of our coworkers will gladly assist you.
If it is an IKEA article you forgot, it’s written down on a sheet in the Return department in the store. If it is found, you can collect it by going to the Return department and showing your receipt of purchase.
If you can't make your way back to store right now or have left behind an item you had purchased, or any personal belongings at store please contact us.
Our co-workers can check the lost and found registry or log a new entry for you in case it gets handed in. If not claimed, we will hold on to any found items for up to 7 days.
