How do I claim on a warranty?

IKEA warranties may vary from product to product. If your product is still under the warranty coverage, you're just a call away!

IKEA provides a limited warranty on many of its products, which typically covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period of time from the date of purchase.
The guarantee period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original cash receipt or the original invoice in a safe place, these documents are required as proof of purchase and must be presented in order to claim guarantee services. For online orders, the order confirmation is sufficient as proof of purchase.
