How do I order spare parts?

You can order spare parts using the Order spare parts tool, Purchases page in your IKEA Family account or at Customer Service desks in IKEA stores.

Ordering spare parts can be done any time after the date you purchase the products. Here’s how you can order spare parts.
How to place the order online?
There are two ways you can order spare parts online:
You can access the Order spare parts tool via the IKEA website. This tool is not available in the IKEA App. To use the Order spare parts tool, you will need the 6-8 digit identification number for the spare part you need.
If your purchase is linked with your IKEA Family account, you can order small spare parts by logging into your account and going to the Purchases page. Click on the "Order spare parts" button in the page to access a list of products with spare parts available.
How to place the order in-stores?
If you need the spare part urgently, most IKEA stores (except Plan & Order Points) also have spare parts selection available at the Customer Service desks, usually located near the entrance or exit of the store. Stock availability may vary, but if the spare is in stock, a co-worker can arrange for you to take it home immediately. If the spare part is not in stock, the co-worker will help you to order the spare part and arrange the delivery for you.
How to order spare parts for discontinued products?
If you need spare parts for IKEA products that have been discontinued you can still order the spare on availability through Order spare parts tool via the IKEA website, or please type "I want to talk to a human" in the chat. Alternatively, you can call 18004194532. A co-worker will help you to check for the spare parts you need, their availability and order it for you if needed. Make sure to have the product information ready before reaching out.
What are the delivery options available?
You can choose to have your spare parts delivered to your home or choose the Collect spare part at store option. Delivery for spare parts generally take up to 14 business days and is free of charge.
