How do I order spare parts?

You can order spare parts using the Order spare parts tool, Purchases page in your IKEA Family account or at Customer Service desks in IKEA stores.

Ordering spare parts can be done any time after the date you purchase the products. Here’s how you can order spare parts.

How to place the order (small) spare parts online?

There are two ways you can order spare parts online:
  1. For IKEA Family member: If your purchase is linked with your IKEA Family account, you can order small spare parts by logging into your account and going to the 'Purchases'. Click on the "Order spare parts" button in the page to access a list of products with spare parts available.
  2. For non-IKEA Family: You can access the Order spare parts tool. To order spare parts, you will need the 6-8 digit identification number for the spare part you need.
Note: Update your delivery address for address proof & KYC purpose (please refer below FAQ 3).

How to place the order in-stores?

If you need the spare part urgently, most IKEA stores (except Plan & Order Points) also have spare parts selection available at the Customer Service desks, usually located near the entrance or exit of the store. Stock availability may vary, but if the spare is in stock, a co-worker can arrange for you to take it home immediately. If the spare part is not in stock, the co-worker will help you to order the spare part and arrange the delivery for you.
How to order spare parts for discontinued products?
If you need spare parts for IKEA products that have been discontinued you can still order the spare on availability through Order spare parts tool via the IKEA website.

1. Do I have to pay for the spare part request?
It is pre-covered by IKEA Sweden, and it is for free.
2. In how many days spare parts will be delivered to my address?
Spare parts will be couriered within 8 to 10 days, after placing the request.
3. How spares parts will be delivered?
  • DHL Logistics private limited will deliver the spares to your location directly shipped from IKEA Sweden.
  • DHL Courier team will contact you and request for address proof, and KYC to be updated as per customs guidelines.
  • KYC details should match with the delivery address.
4. What If I don't find spare parts?
If you encounter any issues or unable to find spare parts, please reach out to us. We're happy to assist you.
