How do I order spare parts?
You can order spare parts using the Order spare parts tool, Purchases page in your IKEA Family account or at Customer Service desks in IKEA stores.
How to place the order (small) spare parts online?
- For IKEA Family member: If your purchase is linked with your IKEA Family account, you can order small spare parts by logging into your account and going to the 'Purchases'. Click on the "Order spare parts" button in the page to access a list of products with spare parts available.
- For non-IKEA Family: You can access the Order spare parts tool. To order spare parts, you will need the 6-8 digit identification number for the spare part you need.
How to place the order in-stores?

- DHL Logistics private limited will deliver the spares to your location directly shipped from IKEA Sweden.
- DHL Courier team will contact you and request for address proof, and KYC to be updated as per customs guidelines.
- KYC details should match with the delivery address.
