How can I access or view my order?
As an IKEA Family member, you can easily access your order online by going to your IKEA account. If you are not an IKEA member, use 'Track & manage order' with your order number and contact details to access your order.
IKEA Family member:
If you used your IKEA Family details when purchasing or ordering, just logging into your IKEA Family member account and go to 'Purchases' option to view your order or manage your account details.
Non-IKEA Family member:
If you have not registered as an IKEA Family, you can access your order via Track & manage order (provide your order number and e-mail or phone number which you have used when placing the order) and find your order under 'Purchases'.
