How can I access or view my IKEA order?

If you are yet to become an IKEA Family member, use 'Track & manage order' link to access your order. For an IKEA Family member, you can easily access your order online by going to your IKEA Family account.

IKEA Family member: If you used your IKEA Family details when purchasing or ordering, just logging into your IKEA Family member account and go to 'Purchases' option to view your order or manage your account.
Non-IKEA Family member: If you have not registered as an IKEA Family, you can access your order via Track & manage order (provide your order number and e-mail or phone number which you have used when placing the order) and find your order under 'Purchases'.
