2. Reschedule Order
Plans changed? Pick a new delivery date that suits you best:

Note: You can reschedule order before its status is 'Handing over to carrier' for delivery.
3. Delivery Damage
We’re sorry your item arrived damaged. Report a delivery damage and we’ll make it right:

4. Request a Return (Change of Mind)
Returning an item due to 'Change of mind'? Submit your return request for a faster experience and schedule a pickup at a time that’s convenient for you.

5. Track my Case
Check the progress of your exchange/return request anytime. Log in to your IKEA Family profile, and track the status of exchange/return cases.
Note: Only IKEA Family members can check their case status.
6. Order Spare Parts
Missing or needed an IKEA spare part? Order spare parts free of charge, delivered straight to you.
