What is your cancellation policy for Click and Collect?
You can cancel your Click and Collect order any time before collection to receive a refund.
Please note that once your Click and Collect order has been placed, we are unable to add or remove items from it.
You can easily track the status of your Click and Collect order by using the "Track and Manage Order" option online.
If you wish to make any changes to your order:
To add items: You can purchase them directly in-store before collecting your order.
To remove items: Once you have picked up your order, you can visit our Exchanges and Returns counter, located nearby, to process a return.
