Can my IKEA refund be credited to a different account?
Refunds can only be made to the original source of payment and account used for the initial payment.
As usual, refunds can only be made to the original source of payment.
In the event that you are unable to use the original card (the initial mode of payment), or have trouble accessing this account, we may be able to provide you with a refund to an IKEA Digital Refund Card instead.
IKEA Digital Refund Card has a validity of 1 year. You can use DRC for both online and store shopping.
